Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 10 people

Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Anaheim pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon diced onion
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup favorite salsa optional

Instructions

  • Peel 5 tomatoes. When the tomato is fully ripe, the tomato skin just peels right off.
  • Dice the tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add diced pepper. I use 1/2 Anaheim pepper because I like mild salsa, but you may prefer a hotter pepper. Add 1 Tablespoon diced onions and 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro.
  • Add the juice of 1/2 lime. I like to add 1/2 cup of my favorite salsa, but this is optional.
  • And that's it, just stir and ENJOY!
