Carmel Apple Cake

cinnamon

nutmeg

apples
unpeeled and grated
Carmel Sauce
1
cup
butter
2
cups
brown sugar
1
cup
evaporated milk
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients and grated apples to creamed mixture and mix.
Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.
While cake is baking, combine caramel sauce ingredients in medium sauce pan. Heat on low 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often. Do not boil.
